Hello, I’m Kelly. I’m an integrative counsellor, and I tailor my approach to suit what you need. We can focus on a specific issue that’s brought you to therapy, or take a broader look at your experiences and wellbeing—whatever feels most helpful for you.

I work with a range of issues including anxiety, low mood, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and self-identity, including confidence, sense of self, and direction in life.

I have a special interest, extensive training and experience working with grief, bereavement, and loss. This includes both death and non-death losses, such as relationship breakdowns, loss of contact, or major life changes.

I also have experience supporting people who are grieving the death of someone due to addiction and those who may have complicated relationships with the person who died.

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches alongside creative and nature-based ways of working. Sometimes it can be easier to explore feelings through images, creativity, or gentle reflection, especially when things feel hard to put into words. This can help support clearer understanding and meaningful change over time.

Whether you are looking for emotional support, going through a life transition, or wanting to understand yourself more deeply, I will work alongside you and adapt the pace and approach to suit your needs. My aim is to offer a steady, supportive space where you feel heard and able to explore things in your own way.
